To ship packages, we use only proved Logistics companies such as Express Mail Service (EMS). This company has given a good account of itself on the market and delivers packages to our clients in time.

Packages may be tracked on the international servers of EMS. Your package will be given a track-number due to which you will track its transportation 24/7. When the package is delivered to your city, a courier will contact you to specify the details of the further shipment.

If Express Mail Service (EMS) is not available, we will use regular international post services. We will try to create the comfortable conditions of the shipment and are ready to discuss individual terms with every client. A delivery period is 1-4 weeks. This period depends on the distance from our warehouse to your region/city/country.

Many countries may not accept packages from our website because of the strict customs/import controls. As the packages may be confiscated by the customs without any reasons, we do not sjip the packages to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, Norway, the Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Taiwan, or the United Arab Emirates.

Payment

To pay an order you may use bank cards VISA and MasterCard, or e-wallet Bitcoins. Using Bitcoins, every client is offered a discount of 20%.

The owners of the bank cards VISA and MasterCard may also have a discount of 10% in case of the repeated order on our website. The regular customers are guaranteed a permanent discount of 10% to all orders starting from the second one.

The website uses the modern methods of the encryption of the personal data SSL, and therefore you may be confident that your payment data will not be given to third parties and will be safely protected.

When the sum for the order will be sent to our account, we begin a procedure of the order processing.

  • If you bought a product on a weekday, a package will be sent within 12-24 hours
  • If you bought a product on weekends, your package will be sent the next day

Your order will be gives an individual identification number, and you will be able to monitor your order processing and shipment.

Refund policy

You may count on a complete refund or reshipments in case of:

  • Loss of a package during transportation
  • Mismatch of the contents of the package (if you ordered, for example, Modalert, but you received Walkert)
  • Lack of pills or damaged package (you received just 30 pills instead of 60, or pills are broken)

You may track your package on the individual track-number. If you package was not delivered because of the incorrect address indicated during the order, the company will not be liable for the product and will not refund.
